Century Plyboards buys Sharonply brand

CHENNAI: Century Plyboards (India) (CPIL) has announced its major acquisitions. The company is taking over the ownership of Sharon brand, the Chennai based entities, Sharon Veneers Pvt. Ltd. and Sharon Wood Industries Pvt. Ltd. . CPIL is also acquiring Century Panels Pvt. Ltd., another plywood manufacturing unit at Karnal, Haryana. — Corporate Reporter
