17 boys share lead

NEW DELHI: Seventeen boys and six girls shared the lead with perfect scores after three rounds of the Parsvnath National (under-9) chess championship here on Wednesday.

Top seed Arjun Bharat of Karnataka, second seed Hetul Shah of Gujarat and local hope Harshal Shahi winning with ease.

In the girls’ section, Tripura’s Shiny Das held third seed Goa’s Riya Savant.
