NEW DELHI: The Union Sports Ministry on Wednesday named Olympians Shiny Wilson and Karnam Malleswari in the governing body of the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA). Though no announcement has been made about the chairman, it is learnt the Union Sports Minister who had been heading NADA so far would continue to hold that position. Formed in November, 2005, NADA had never taken off since its composition had not been determined, responsibilities not defined and the structure not finalised in consultation with the Indian Olympic Association. Phoolka (senior lawyer), Dr. Manmohan Singh (Chairman, IOA Medical Commission), Shiny Wilson and Karnam Malleswari (sportspersons), Suresh Kalmadi (IOA representative), Randhir Singh, K.P.
