Two cases of suicides reported

NEW DELHI: Two cases of suicide were reported from different parts of the Capital on Sunday.

Thirty-year-old Aakash Rathi was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his rented accommodation at Old Rajender Nagar around 5-30 p.m. In a suicide note, he purportedly said he was ending his life because of family and monetary disputes.

In another incident reported around noon, 25-year-old Geeta allegedly hanged herself in her house at Nandnagri. In a suicide note, she purportedly said that no one was to be blamed for her taking the extreme step. Geeta married Sammi about four years ago and has a daughter, Teena, from him.
