ADC: TDSAT issues notice to TRAI

NEW DELHI: Admitting plea of BSNL over removal of the Access Deficit Charge (ADC), the rural remuneration levy, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) on Monday issued notice to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.
