SAT upholds Karvy’s appeal

MUMBAI: The Securities Appellate Tribunal has allowed Karvy Stock Broking’s plea against market regulator SEBI, which had ordered the broking firm to ‘disgorge’ alleged illegal gains made in the IPO scam during 2003-05.
