Nicholas in alliance with DxTech

CHENNAI: Nicholas Piramal India (name proposed to be changed to Piramal Healthcare Ltd.), has entered into a long-term strategic alliance with DxTech LLC, a subsidiary of XL TechGroup. This alliance includes a product development and licensing agreement, a distribution agreement and the establishment of a joint venture sales and marketing company in India, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
