New CMD for Bank of Baroda

MUMBAI: Bank of Baroda on Wednesday announced the appointment of M. D. Mallya as its Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).

Mr. Mallya, who was serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra, took over as the CMD of BoB, the bank said in a press release issued here.
