Birthday celebrations of Sir Arthur Cotton

HYDERABAD: The State centre of the Institution of Engineers (India) will organise 206th birthday celebrations of Sir Arthur Cotton on May 15. M.V. Rao, former Vice-Chancellor, Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University and MLC, will be the chief guest. B. Guruprem, former director WALAMTARI and principal, Kshtriya Engineering College, will deliver the keynote address. E.
