Takes up door-to-door campaign in support of T Jeevan Reddy

KARIMNAGAR: APSRTC Chairman and Karimnagar legislator M. Satyanarayana Rao formally launched electioneering for the byelections to Karimnagar Parliament constituency by conducting door-to-door campaign in Karimnagar town on Sunday.

Mr. Rao along with DCC president T. Santosh Kumar, Markfed Chairman Ponnam Prabhakar, Mayor D. Shankar, Mahila Congress district president N. Rama Devi, Karimnagar agricultural market committee chairman Y. Sunil Rao, DCC leaders M. Rajender, Tirupathi Goud, G. Jayashree and others participated in the door-to-door campaign in 40th division of Karimnagar town.

The RTC Chairman visited each and every house of the division and interacted with the inmates and called upon them to exercise their franchise in favour of Congress candidate T. Jeevan Reddy for the development of the Parliament constituency.

He said that there would be more development under the leadership of Mr. Jeevan Reddy. Mahila Congress leader N. Rama Devi and G. Jayashree had greeted the women voters in the division by applying tilak and appealing them to cast their vote in favour of the Congress party.

Town Congress president Akarapu Bhaskar Reddy campaigned by distributing pamphlets on the developmental works taken up during the Congress regime in Karimnagar district in general and Karimnagar town in particular.
