Ashok Leyland, JBM form joint venture

CHENNAI: Ashok Leyland and JBM Auto have signed a joint venture agreement. According to a release, the joint venture will set up facilities at the Ashok Leyland complex in Uttrakhand, near Pantnagar. It will meet the sheet metal component requirements of Ashok Leyland. The agreement was signed by Vinod K. Dasari, Chief Operating Officer, Ashok Leyland, and S. K.
