Manvinder bats well

NEW DELHI: Fine batting by Manvinder Bisla (69) and Rohit Parkash (43) helped Indian Airlines to an eight-wicket victory over Collage Group in the Premier division DDCA league cricket tournament.

Premier division: Collage Group 159 for six in 40 overs (Parmod Bhatti 41) lost to Indian Airlines 165 for two in 29 overs (Manvinder Bisla 69, Rohit Parkash 43).

Super Elite: Rohtak Road Gymkhana 159 in 31 overs (Vinod Chugh 71) lost to Subhania CC 160 for nine in 32 overs (Surinder Kumar 80).

SBI 225 for eight in 40 overs (Ravinder Bhandari 89) lost to Pusa Youngsters 226 for one in 38 overs (Kuldeep Negi 79 not out, Rajesh Brown 45).

Elite: Mishra Sports 216 for nine in 40 overs (Vivek Mishra 60, Rahul 40) beat Super Star CC 122 in 33 overs.
