Lloyd Electric buys Luvata Czech

NEW DELHI: Air conditioner coil manufacturer Lloyd Electric and Engineering Ltd. (LEEL) on Wednesday acquired Luvata Czech in Prague through its Special Purpose Vehicle, Lloyd Coils Czech, to establish a strong foothold into the European markets.
