Blasts not to affect IPL schedule

Mumbai: The last two home matches of the Rajasthan Royals — against Royal Challengers Bangalore on May 17 and Mumbai Indians on May 26 will be held at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.

Confirming this to The Hindu, Lalit Modi, Chairman and Commissioner of the Indian Premier League said: “The matches are on at Jaipur.”

Mr. Modi said as part of the heightened security measures after the blasts, bags would no more be allowed into the stadium. — Special Correspondent
