Five arrested in Sirkazhi

NAGAPATTINAM: Five persons -- Senthil (34) of Sirkazhi, Kannan (28) of Thittai, Antonysamy (28) of Keerapalayam, Ilavarasan (30) of Puducherry and Tirumal (44) of Pudupattinam _ were arrested by the police at Sirkazhi in Nagapattinam district on Tuesday when they were chalking out a plan to loot the Premananda Ashram in Tiruchi. The five were found roaming in the town in suspicious circumstances in Sirkazhi when they were caught by police patrol.
