PATNA: Central agencies are busy investigating the Bihar connection to the May 14 Jaipur blasts after they established that one of the air tickets found at the blast sites had been procured through internet from a cyber cafe in Muzaffarpur. Shamim Islam had purchased a ticket from Patna to Kolkata during his stay in Muzaffarpur from April 1 to 3 from a cyber cafe. He stayed at Panchwati Hotel during the period where he had given his mobile number, his U.S. passport number and recorded his address as in Bangkok. Owner of the cyber cafe, Subash Kumar said the IB officials did not discuss probe details. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
