VISAKAHAPATNAM: The Government through the GO No. 113 has extended the last date to submit applications for Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) up to May 31. the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has so far received 3,853 applications for LRS under the Compulsory Disclosure Scheme announced by the Government through GOs 902 and 113. Majority of them are for regularisation of individual plots. So far, the amount received in the form of fee is Rs.9.60 crores, according to a VUDA press release. The highest numbers of applications, 1,084, have been received from Pendurthy Zone and the lowest, 82, from Visakhapatnam city Zone.
