Four alleged robbers held

NEW DELHI: Four young men have been arrested by the North-East Delhi police for their alleged involvement in several cases of robbery.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team laid a trap near a gas godown in Gokalpuri on Friday. The four youth, identified as Monu, Mangal, Krishan and Tinku, were arrested and a knife was allegedly seized from their possession.

During interrogation, the accused persons purportedly confessed to their involvement in several cases of robbery. The four had taken to crime to earn easy money, the police said.
