Hamilton Jordan passes away

ATLANTA: Hamilton Jordan, who led the formation of the men’s professional tennis circuit in the late 1980s and served as the first Chief Executive of the ATP Tour when it began operations in 1990, died on Tuesday aged 63. He was also a political strategist behind Jimmy Carter’s successful 1976 run to the White House. — AP
