Nutek to come out with IPO

NEW DELHI: Telecom infrastructure service provider Nutek India on Friday said it had received nod from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for entering the capital market with its Initial Public Offer (IPO) through the book building route. The public issue of 45-lakh equity shares will consist of a fresh issue of 35-lakh equity shares by the company and an offer for sale of 10-lakh equity shares. — Special Correspondent
