Taekwondo meet

BANGALORE: Belgaum District Taekwondo Sports Association will conduct the 26th State sub-junior taekwondo championship at the Shankarlinga Kalyana Mantap, Old Pune-Bangalore Road, Sankeshwara, Belgaum Dist.) from May 27 to 29.

Boys and girls under-14 (born on or after 1-1-95) are eligible to participate in the single elimination tournament format.

Weight categories: Boys; upto 21kgs, 21-23 kgs; 23-25 kgs; 25-27 kgs; 27-29 kgs; 29-32 kgs; 32-35 kgs; 35-38 kgs; 38-41 kgs and 41-44 kgs.

Girls: Upto 18 kgs; 18-20 kgs; 20-22 kgs; 22-24 kgs; 24-26 kgs; 26-29 kgs; 29-32 kgs; 32-35kgs; 35-38kgs; 38-41 kgs.
