REVIVING a TRADITION: Women take part in a traditional game during the indigenous sports festival in Guwahati on Saturday. The festival was organised to promote and popularise such sports which have almost been forgotten by the new generation. Assam has more than 50 indigenous sports but now only a few of them can be recognised by the people.
