Woman killed in police firing

Guwahati: A woman was killed and four persons were injured in police firing on Sunday when angry villagers attacked a police station in Assam’s Goalpara district leaving several security personnel including a DIG and SP hurt. Curfew has been clamped in a 3-kilometre radius of the police station in view of the tension there, police said.
