Promise to develop Sirsi

SIRSI: Priority will be given to development work and pro-poor schemes in Sirsi constituency, Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader who won from the segment, has said. “I will make it a model constituency in the State.” The BJP had won due to the achievements made by the National Democratic Alliance Government and the pro-people budget presented by B.S. Yeddyurappa. On the decline in the number of seats in the district, he said the issue would be discussed with senior leaders.
