NEW DELHI: BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) organised a “BSES Apke Dwar” open house interactive session on Tuesday for on-the-spot resolution of grievances and queries for its domestic and commercial customers of Janakpuri (Blocks B, C and D), Rajouri Garden and Hari Nagar in the Capital. So far, over 2,100 residents’ welfare association representatives and residents have participated in the nine BSES “Apke Dwar” sessions organised for residents of Saket, Dilshad Gardens, Mayur Vihar, Shankar Road, New Friends Colony (East Delhi), Chandni Chowk and Darya Ganj.For the benefit and easy resolution of grievances and queries for the residents present at the venue, BRPL had organised separate counters – each addressing and catering to a different category. There were counters for billing issues, streetlights, new connections, load enhancement and name change. “Initiatives such as these help create a spirit of camaraderie between an organisation and its customers,” said BRPL Chief Executive Officer Arun Kanchan. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
