… FOR A SPECIAL FRIEND: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gets a hug from Raja Ali Muhammad, his septuagenarian childhood friend and classmate from his ancestral Gah village in Pakistan’s Chakwal district, in New Delhi on Friday. The two were meeting after nearly six decades. They also exchanged gifts — the Prime Minister gave Ali a turban, a set of Titan watches and a shawl and in turn received a photo of Gah village, a 100-year-old shawl and two embroidered salwar kameez suits for his wife Gursharan Kaur.
