For better ties: Professor Hazarat Sibghatullah Mojadidi, Chairman of the Upper House of the Afghan Parliament, with Vice-President Mohd. Hamid Ansari at a meeting in New Delhi on Saturday. They held discussions on improving bilateral relations, besides Indian assistance for reconstruction of Afghanistan.—
