Edumart to be inaugurated today

Kozhikode: Taking Kozhikode to grater spheres of business and trade, a massive six-storey hypermarket named ‘Edumart,’ exclusively for educational goods, is to be inaugurated by Industries Minister Elamaram Karim here on Sunday. The hypermarket, on 30,000 square feet, has come up on Tirurangadi Towers at Jafferkhan Colony Road here. ‘Edumart’ has an exhaustive and exclusive sections for books, office and computer stationary, laboratory equipment and chemicals, sports, musical instruments, gifts and greeting cards, bags, uniforms and toys, besides several other things, a press release said.

‘Edumart,’ touted to be the first all-inclusive ‘academic hypermarket’ of this magnitude in the city, has separate wholesale and retail section for all goods.
