Three children drown

TIRUNELVELI: Three children of a family drowned in a pond near Panagudi on the Tirunelveli-Nagercoil National Highway on Saturday. The police said T. Rahul (11), Thunai Muthu (8) and Sowmya (6), children of Thiyagarajan of Amaichchukovil in South Valliyoor, were bathing in the pond. — Staff Reporter
