Assistance to children of police personnel

CHITTOOR: As many as 40 students, all sons of police personnel, who have secured 500 and more marks in the 10th class examinations will be admitted to Intermediate course in the corporate colleges of Chaitanya and Narayana at Tirupati free of cost besides providing financial assistance and other facilities to continue their studies successfully, Superintendent of Police K. Lakshmi Reddy said at a function held here on Tuesday.

He said that it was his duty to create self confidence and moral courage among the police in order to discharge their duties effectively and efficiently and to earn the confidence and appreciation of the people. Circle Inspectors Raja Gopal Reddy, Allabakshu and Ravi Manohara Achari were participated.
