Students of corporate colleges excel in AIEEE-2008

VISAKHAPATNAM: Students of corporate colleges in the city have once again proved their mettle in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination 2008(AIEEE-2008), the results of which were released on Tuesday night.

Moturi Abhiram of Sri Chaitanya College, who bagged the 254th rank, attributed his success to the support of his parents and teachers and studying according to a plan.

He bagged the 218th rank in IIT JEE. Maddala Anusha of the same college secured the 304th rank.

She also attributed her success to the support of her parents and teachers. Sri Chaitanya students bagged 10 ranks below 1,000 in AIEEE.

Students of Narayana College bagged good ranks in AIEEE.

The Visakhapatnam branch students secured the 14th, 36th, 105th, 123rd and 281st rank and those from other branches of the college bagged the 2nd, 4th and 10th ranks.
