Levy rice seized

Sangareddy: Levy rice worth Rs. 8 lakh has been seized by the vigilance and enforcement staff in Zaheerabad on Tuesday. The rice packed in three trucks was coming from Nellore was bound to Mumbai. All the three drivers were arrested and the police are investigating the origins of the illegal transportation of levy rice. -Staff Reporter
