Good knock by Avuu Sudan

CHENNAI: A steady 90 by Avuu Sudan, supported by three-wicket hauls from C. Asuthosh, V. Ashwin, and Shikkar Hukku, enabled St. John’s ES & JC clinch the first-innings lead against SDAT Cricket Academy and claim the Jaikrishna memorial State-level under-15 cricket tournament.

St. John’s ES & JC 339 in 76.4 overs (Avuu Sudan 90, S.R. Vibhu 41, Shikkar Hukku 36, P. Sajan 28, R. Gowtham 31, Saif four for 68) drew with SDAT Cricket Academy 89 in 42.1 overs (Saif 27, C. Asuthosh three for 35, V. Ashwin three for 29, Shikkar Hukku three for nine).
