KORAPUT: State general secretary of Samrudha Odisha Saroj Kumar Padhy ended his hunger strike on Friday after receiving a written assurance from the ADM’s office that the bridge in Korota village in Nandapur block would be constructed soon. He was on a hunger strike for the last three days demanding construction of the bridge that would connect Thuba, Badel and Bheja panchayats in the block.
