Kerosene seized

The Guntur police on Saturday seized 12,500 litres of `blue kerosene’ meant for distribution through the Public Distribution System, but stored in a temporary hut at Lalpuram in the city. The special party of the police took this into their possession following an information given by Superintendent of Police Mahesh Chandra Laddha.

The suspect Tirumala Rao was being interrogated.
