Student kills herself

NEW DELHI: A 24-year-old MBA student allegedly committed suicide in Gokalpuri here on Tuesday after she was admonished by her father.

Anita, an Indraprastha University student, was found hanging from a ceiling fan by her father Roshan Lal around 10 a.m. “Anita had a minor altercation with her younger sister on Monday evening. Her father admonished her for it which probably led her to take the extreme step,” said a senior police officer.
