At Kashmere Gate station, 16 facilitation agents will be posted from 8-30 a.m. to 12-30 p.m. on the platform towards Central Secretariat. From 4 p.m. to 8-30 p.m., 32 agents will be available, 16 each on the platforms towards Central Secretariat and Rithala. At Rajiv Chowk station, 16 facilitation agents each will be deputed on the platforms towards Vishwavidyalaya and Dwarka.
