CHENNAI: The Madras High Court has granted a week’s time to the Pleasant Stay Hotel at Kodaikanal to show proof that it had undertaken the demolition, if any, of a portion of the building. A Bench of Justices S.J. Mukhopadhaya and V. Dhanapalan made it clear that if no sufficient progress was shown by June 25 (with regard to demolition), the next date of hearing, the court may allow the State to execute its earlier order. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
