Punjab Minister rides a cycle to office

Chandigarh: Punjab Transport Minister Master Mohan Lal chose to go to work on a cycle on Thursday to protest against the rise in oil prices. He pedalled his way from his official residence in Sector 39 to his office at the Civil Secretariat.
