KPIT Cummins Info declares 35 %

CHENNAI: KPIT Cummins Info Systems has reported a net profit of Rs. 64.01 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 against Rs. 45.74 crore in 2006-07. The company has maintained the dividend at 35 per cent. Net sales have risen to Rs. 480.44 crore from Rs. 315.78 crore. KPIT has established a dedicated centre of excellence for SAP solutions to automotive industry. The partnership will bring together company’s expertise in automotive and industrial machinery verticals together with SAP’s enterprise software platform for globalisation of manufacturing enterprises. — Corporate Reporter
