The camps will be held from June 18 to July 14 in identified Indiramma villages VIZIANAGARAM: Multi-purpose medical camps will be from June 18 to July 14 for issuing physical disability certificates to physically challenged persons in villages identified under the third phase of Indiramma programme. P. Venkateswara Rao, Assistant Director (Disabled Welfare) in a release said that the camps would be held on June 18 at Salur for people of Salur, Makkuva and Pachipenta, on June 21 at Kurupam for Kurupam, G.L.Puram and Jiyyammavaasa, on June 25 at Bobbili for Bobbili, Sitanagaram and Balijipeta, on June 28 at Parvathipuram for Parvathipuram, Komarada and Garugubilli, on July 2 at Ramabhadrapuram for Ramabhadrapuram, Badangi and Mentada, on July 5 at Poosapatirega for Poosapatirega, Bhogapuram and Nellimarla, on July 9 at Gajapathinagaram for Gajapathinagaram, Bondapalli, Dattirajeru and Gurla and on July 14 at Vizianagaram for Vizianagaram, Denakada and Gantyada mandals. Persons must attend the camps with three passport size photographs; ration card and an affidavit issued by MDO or Municipal Commissioner. CounsellingTeachers appointed through DSCs between 1994 and 1998 and deputed here as per GO 610 have been asked to appear for counseling at DEO’s Office at 10 am on June 15, according to Y.
