Mild quake hits Pithoragarh

Dehradun: A slight intensity earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale hit Pithoragarh district, a high seismic zone, in Uttarakhand on Sunday morning.

No loss of life or property was reported, police said. They said people rushed out of their houses when the quake struck.
