Promoter revises open offer for BOC India

KOLKATA: BOC India, a unit of leading U.K.-based maker of industrial gases, Linde Group, on Friday said its promoter firm has revised the open offer price to Rs. 200 from Rs. 165 per share. The promoter, BOC Group plc, which is a part of Linde group, held 73.99 per cent in the company, as per the shareholding information available on the stock exchanges.
