Quest for record too: Activists at the 2008 Ithaca Festival form a peace symbol in Ithaca, New York, attempting to join the ranks of the Guinness World Records for the largest human peace sign on Sunday. Some 5,814 people joined the effort. The previous largest human peace sign was created by 2,500 people at the University of Michigan.
