College admissions: validity of new rules upheld

Hyderabad: Justice B. Seshasayana Reddy of the A.P. High Court on Monday upheld the constitutional validity of the rules framed by the State government pertaining to procedure for admissions to unaided private professional colleges, including medical and engineering colleges.

The judge was dismissing the writ petitions filed challenging the GO Ms No. 61 issued by the government.
