Hyderabadi food fest begins tomorrow

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Park will be hosting a traditional Hyderabadi food festival called ‘Zaika Nizami’ at Bamboo Bay from June 27.

Gourmets’ delight

The festival promises to be a culinary journey from the kitchens of the Nizams packed with kebabs, biryanis, salaams and haleems and other vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

The dessert section will be a delicious range of delicacies like ‘Qurbani ka Meetha’ (halwa of dried apricots served with rabri) or ‘Shir Khorma’ (fine vermicelli with dates and nuts). The festival will be on for dinner till July 6.
