NEW DELHI: A memorandum of understanding was signed between the State Bank of India and the Damodar Valley Corporation here on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion, SBI Chairman O.P. Bhatt said for the first time the two public service entities had come together to re-dedicate themselves to the well-being of people in various districts of West Bengal and Jharkhand falling in the DVC command area.
