The Visakha Steel Employees’ Union has demanded implementation of 4 per cent increment as advised by the Central Government to employees of Vizag steel plant. A meeting chaired by the union’s honorary president Padi Trinadha Rao demanded revision of incentives. The recognized union should strive to change the designation of Chargemen S-6 , it said.
