VISAKHAPATNAM: Hanu Reddy Realty India Private Limited organised an ‘Open house’ at its office here on Friday.

“We have opened a branch in Visakhapatnam in view of the high growth potential of the city. The IT sector has already taken off with HSBC and many more software majors are raring to open shop in the city,” director of the company Suresh Reddy and its Vice-President Ravi K. Guturu said in an informal chat with the media.

They said that the company would act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. It derived its strength from 140 realtors and 60 back up staff that take care of the needs of clients. A two per cent commission would be charged from both the buyer and the seller for the brokerage services.

They said that the clients include: Infosys, HCL, Citibank, Cognizant and ITC. Clients could also approach them for a free market-analysis of their property or for any kind of real estate services, they added.
