Chennai: A 16-member Indian team will take part in the first karate Youth World Cup to be held in Eva Island, Greece, from July 1 to 4. R. Thiagarajan, president of all-India Karate-Do Federation, will be chef de-mission of the team. Additionally, Mr. Thiagarajan will be the chief guest at the Okinawa Karate and Kobudo Association’s seminar at Kelheim, Germany, to be held from July 5 to 7.
